Responding to your enquiry and, if you opt in, sending you commercial communications about Apogea.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures, contract performance and legitimate interest; consent for the optional analytics services.
Retention
- Enquiries and commercial follow-up: for as long as the request is handled, and a maximum of 12 months from the last relevant contact.
- Applications received: a maximum of 12 months from receipt or the last CV update.
- Analytics (if enabled): Google Analytics 4 retains data for 2 or 14 months depending on configuration; Microsoft Clarity, typically 30 days. [Pending: confirm whether the new site uses the same tools — see CLAUDE.md.]
